These Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.ferexgroup.com and the pages, materials and functions made available through it (the 'Website'). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. The Website is intended principally for a professional and business audience.

The Website is operated by FEREX GLOBAL TRADING GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, trading as Ferex Group, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17421201.

Website content is provided for general corporate and informational purposes. It is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, commitment, representation, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or invitation to enter into a transaction.
References to commodities, industrial products, markets, trade flows, banking instruments, logistics or jurisdictions do not mean that a product, transaction or service is available to a particular person or in a particular place. Any transaction involving Ferex Group is subject to separate due diligence, approvals, definitive written contracts and applicable law.
An enquiry or submission through the Website does not create a contract, partnership, agency, fiduciary duty, advisory relationship, client relationship or other legal relationship.
Heritage and historical information
References to family heritage, predecessor or legacy operations, historic transactions, commodity volumes, workforce, counterparties or milestones describe the relevant earlier businesses or the experience of Ferex Group leadership where stated.
Those activities were not carried out by FEREX GLOBAL TRADING GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, which was incorporated on 26 August 2026. Historical and quantitative claims remain subject to supporting records, concern the periods and entities identified, and are neither current guarantees nor forecasts.
4. Our Business Model
Ferex Group purchases and sells physical commodities and selected industrial products in its own name, for its own account and at its own commercial risk, on a principal-to-principal basis. Nothing on the Website offers brokerage, payment intermediation, client-money, portfolio-management, investment or third-party financing services.
Website references to 'financing', 'structured trade finance', 'financial structuring' or banking relationships describe the structuring, coordination and use of banking instruments and funding in support of Ferex Group's own principal trading transactions.
They do not constitute an offer to provide credit, arrange regulated investments, perform payment services, hold client money or provide financial services to third parties.
5. Accuracy and Availability
We seek to keep Website information clear and current, but it may be incomplete, become outdated or contain errors. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability.
Ferex Group does not represent Website content as a sufficient basis, by itself, for a commercial, financial or legal decision. Information relevant to such a decision requires independent verification.

Do not use the Website unlawfully or in a way that could damage, disable, disrupt or compromise the Website, its users, Ferex Group or a third party. Prohibited activity includes unauthorised access; malicious code; security circumvention; unauthorised automated harvesting; identity or affiliation misrepresentation; infringement of rights; and transmission of unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

The Website includes links to third-party websites and a Google Maps section displaying office locations. These third-party services are provided for convenience. Ferex Group does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link or map does not imply endorsement or create a relationship with the third party.
10. Confidential Information and Submissions
Do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive, special-category or identity-document data through a general Website form unless we expressly request it through an authorised secure channel. A Website submission does not by itself create a confidential, advisory or contractual relationship. Our handling of personal data remains governed by applicable law and our Data Privacy Notice.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing affects mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferex Group excludes implied warranties relating to the Website and is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general Website content, inability to access the Website, harmful material introduced by third parties, or third-party websites. For business use, Ferex Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the effective date shown above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives an individual the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
15. General
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than Ferex Group and the user has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
